I love saying yes to new experiences and staying active outdoors. I’m drawn to real moments and learning new things.
I capture life as it naturally unfolds.

My mom, my best friend & biggest inspiration - my angel from above
December 2024 I suddenly lost my mom to ovarian cancer.
In memory of those we’ve lost, please learn the signs of ovarian cancer and listen to your body.
Before her diagnosis, she was vibrant and full of life, the kind of person who was always on the go, always smiling, and always there for others. Her kindness knew no limits, and she gave so much of herself to everyone around her. She had a beautiful way of making people feel seen, cared for, and truly loved.
She inspires me in everything I do, and I try to carry her warmth and strength into each day. I miss her more than words can say, but being able to capture love and connection for others is something that means the world to me.
If you can, hug your mom a little tighter for me—you never know when a moment will become a memory.
It’s a reminder that we don’t always get “next year,” which is why I value capturing moments as they are, right now, with the people you love most.
In loving memory of my mom, Darquise Lapalme.
